ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
This role is responsible for the planning and execution of the business wide L&D initiatives supporting BU strategy. You will lead the L&D team and manage the L&D program of work to ensure the effective delivery of leadership programs, eCademy program, onboarding/induction and L&D solutions that are aligned to talent strategies.
With a qualification in Learning and Development, you will lead our teams training and development of their Fantastic careers. You're passionate about delivering excellence in training, it's why you are Head of Learning and Development. You will use your 5+ years in L&D to prepare, plan and execute L&D strategy to facilitate training and drive employee engagement.
