ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager is responsible for the Health Safety and Wellbeing management systems and functions of Fantastic Furniture. The position will target best practise levels of safety and legislative compliance in an environment of continuous improvement.
By driving strategy and engaging Fantastic Furniture's business leaders, you will ensure policies, procedures, systems and services are in place to provide and maintain a culture of safety, the highest level of safety awareness, health & wellbeing, injury prevention and rehabilitation across all Fantastic Furniture's operations and functions.
- Minimum 5 yers experience in Health, Safety, Compensation or Rehabilitation
- WHS Qualification
- Ability to lead and manage change in an envirment of continuous improvement
- Extensive knowledge of WHS legislation and standards
