ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
A great new opportunity is now available for someone who is passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience to join our wonderful eCommerce team.
Your remit will cover inbound/outbound phone calls, web chat and email channels, along with administrative duties as required.
You are a strong team player who has great written & verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will have sound touch typing skills (min 60w/pm).You will bring strong problem-solving capability, a measured, calm approach to your work and a great positive attitude!
Any prior experience gained in retail and particularly in an omni-channel environment, is an advantage.
Our contact centre operates within the hours of 8am-9pm on weekdays and 9am-5pmon weekends. A willingness to work on a rotational roster across these hours is essential.
