ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
Reporting to the Health, Saftey and Wellbeing Manager your role as the Health and Safety Coordinator will drive strategy and engagement of Fantastic Furniture's business leaders to maintain a culture of safety, safety awareness, health & wellbeing, injury prevention and rehabilitation across their client group's operations and functions. This role is based out of our Support Office in Chullora, interstate travel is required for this role
ABOUT YOU
- Qualifications in WHS and/or injury management
- Good knowledge in WHS legislation, standards and codes of practice to ensure compliance across all states and territories
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in workers WHS/ Workers Compensation/ Injury Management compensation and/or injury management
- Experience in investigation of safety matters ie ICAM
- Demonstrated experience in and commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Relationship management of regulators
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management
- Relevant tertiary degree and/or return to work Coordination Certificate – highly regarded
