Part time Inventory Coordinator
As the Inventory Coordinator, your pivotal role revolves around executing the scheduled cycle count process, aiding in the investigation of stock load and discrepancies, and upholding stock accuracy standards to ensure seamless and efficient operations in our Distribution Centre (DC).
This is a part time role offering flexibility, in exchange for commitment!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Swiftly resolve inventory issues.
- Assess damaged products.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and meet agreed-upon response times.
- Collaborate harmoniously with team members to ensure efficiency, exceptional customer service, and innovative problem-solving.
- Conduct scheduled cycle counts to uphold and enhance inventory integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the execution of biannual stocktakes.
- Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Actively participate in and provide feedback on improvement opportunities as directed by FHL DC and FHL group management.
