About the Role:
As a Digital Content and Campaign Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' online experiences. You will create, manage, and oversee engaging digital content and campaigns that showcase our products and brand in the best light. Collaborating across departments and managing vendor relationships, you'll ensure our digital strategies remain innovative, customer-focused, and on-trend.
What You'll Be Doing
- Customer Experience: Craft user-friendly and engaging digital campaigns and content to deliver a superior online shopping journey.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor key metrics such as product views, add-to-basket rates, and conversion rates, working to improve performance and achieve annual sales targets.
- Trend Leadership: Stay on top of the latest trends in digital content and ensure Fantastic Furniture stays ahead of the curve.
- Brand Management: Maintain alignment with Fantastic's brand identity across all digital content.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use tools like Google Analytics to analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Product, and Planning) and external stakeholders (Digital Marketing Agencies, Technology Providers) to deliver seamless digital merchandising strategies.
- Vendor Relationships: Manage and maintain productive relationships with external partners.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation of engaging digital content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Activate and manage website campaigns aligned with our UX standards and best practices.
- Lead competitor analysis to refine digital content and campaigns.
- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure operational excellence in site management and campaign execution.
- Lead our Digital merchandising Co-ordinators ensuring new products are online correctly and efficiently
- Support the eCommerce team with user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting.
What We're Seeking
- Experience:
- 3+ years in an omni-channel eCommerce environment (preferably in furniture or bulky products).
- Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, content creation, and campaign activation.
- SEO knowledge (formal training or certification preferred).
- Advanced skills in content management systems (Hybris, WordPress, etc.) and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, etc.).
- Attributes:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Confident and collaborative, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
