About you
We're looking for team members who are passionate about making a difference to customers, want to grow their career, and can be relied on to support our teams!
You may bring some experience from a customer service, retail or hospitality background, but we are also interested in transferable skills into a retail setting (full training will be provided).
Your new role
Our Warehouse Retail Team Members are the superheros who make life fantastic for our customers by providing an exceptional experience at every touch point. In this varied role, you will have an opportunity to learn our end-to-end stock/ warehouse operations (Please note that heavy lifting is required - furniture is not light!); as well as exposure to our showroom operation. You'll get plenty of opportunities to advance your career. That includes the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Retail, fully sponsored by us!
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we're looking for team members who have availability across the 7 days or flexibility to work multiple days as well as during peak trade periods to service our customers. We're also looking for team members who enjoy being on the move across both our warehouse & showroom environment. To make sure you can safely perform the role, you will need to complete a pre-employment medical check.
