Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence? Fantastic Furniture is looking for a Distribution Centre Operations Manager to oversee our QLD Distribution Centre. Role Overview:
As the QLD DC Operations Manager, you will work closely with the QLD Distribution Manager to ensure our Distribution Centre operates safely and efficiently. You will focus on end-to-end tasks, driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all safety-related tasks are completed successfully, with the authority to direct necessary actions.
- Foster a safe and engaging workplace where everyone feels valued.
- Develop and maintain quality plans, systems, and procedures to meet Fantastic Furniture standards.
- Lead reviews of internal and external processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous operational experience in supply chain management.
- Strong warehouse management systems experience, high-level operational management, and planning skills.
- Previous team management and supervisory experience of a large team (20+ team members – can be indirect reports).
- Experience managing OHS and safety guidelines.
- Problem solving abilities to quickly identify problems and come up with quick, functional solutions to keep processes flowing as efficiently as possible.
- Strategic and analytical mind
- Demonstrated planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Strong computer skills – ideally familiar with Manhattan Scale or SAP technologies.
- Highly Desirable: Forklift License, LO License.
- Leadership, creative problem-solving, strong communication skills, strategic and analytical mind.
