Your New Role – What You'll Be Doing
We're on the lookout for an experienced and energetic Regional Visual Merchandising Partner to lead visual excellence across our NSW store network.
Reporting to the National VM Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the in-store customer experience, bringing our brand to life through inspiring, consistent, and sales-driven merchandising. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach in-store teams, and ensure all stores are showroom-ready with elevated presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Fantastic Furniture's visual merchandising standards across multi-site locations.
- Guide, coach and empower store teams to execute VM strategy with consistency and confidence.
- Ensure in-store displays meet commercial expectations — with hanger appeal, correct lighting, steaming and layout.
- Manage and execute store openings and refurbishments, delivering on brand, on time, and on budget.
- Plan and deliver monthly and weekly VM calendars, including window displays and in-store installations.
- Identify opportunities to improve VM processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Work closely with finance to manage VM budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse sales performance and apply data-driven insights to VM decisions.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years' visual merchandising experience, including at least 1 year in a multi-site role.
- Background in retail (furniture, bulky goods or homewares preferred).
- Strong Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset — ability to use sales data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach — willing to roll up your sleeves and move furniture when needed!
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle. Travel to NSW regional stores required.
