We're on the lookout for an experienced and detail-driven Supply Planner to play a key role in ensuring the right stock is in the right place, at the right time.
What You'll Do
As our Supply Planner, you'll bring together data, insight, and collaboration to keep our supply chain running smoothly. You'll work closely with suppliers, shipping, and merchandise planning to optimise container builds, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely product flow into our distribution centres.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating demand plans into optimised shipping and supply solutions.
- Managing supplier communication to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Raising and maintaining purchase orders within AX.
- Collaborating across teams to support product launches, promotions, and replenishment.
- Analysing supply performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
What We're Looking For
You're a natural problem-solver who thrives on structure, precision, and collaboration. You'll have:
- 3+ years' experience in supply planning or inventory management (retail preferred).
- Strong understanding of international and domestic supply chains and freight logistics.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system skills.
- A proactive approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A background in furniture, homewares, or bulky goods retail will be highly regarded.
