Your New Role
The Regional Visual Merchandising Partner – NSW Metro, Regional NSW, ACT & SA is responsible for setting and maintaining visual merchandising standards across a portfolio of stores.
You will ensure store presentation is consistently delivered to the highest standard to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This role works closely with store teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the brand and visual merchandising strategy is executed effectively across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practice.
- Ensure all merchandise presentation meets Fantastic Furniture standards, including display quality and product presentation.
- Support stores in implementing key visual merchandising initiatives and promotional launches, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising processes and store presentation standards.
- Provide on-the-ground support for new store openings and refurbishments across the region.
- Ensure new stores and refits are delivered to brand standard, on time and within budget.
- Manage expenses and collaborate with finance to plan budgets and update forecasts.
- Develop monthly and weekly VM calendars, including window displays and in-store installations.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 3 years' visual merchandising experience, including at least 1 year across multiple locations.
- Retail experience, ideally within furniture, homewares or big and bulky retail.
- Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator.
- Ability to track and analyse sales data to support merchandising decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Willingness to travel across NSW Metro, Regional NSW, ACT and SA as required.
- Driver's licence and own vehicle essential.
