YOUR NEW ROLE
An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate and driven People & Reporting Officer to join our team and provide a seamless people experience across the end-to-end employee life cycle.
In this busy role where no two days are the same, you can expect to be involved in a variety of responsibilities that include the following:
- Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, with a focus on providing prompt solutions and information
- Ensure our people have a fantastic employee experience during onboarding and off-boarding, which includes owning the onboarding/offboarding touch points for team members (managing new starter & exit surveys)
- Produce meaningful reports and insights (including Weekly/Monthly metrics, Board Reporting, performance management data, engagement surveys, WGEA Reporting and other demographics reporting)
- Role benchmarking & remuneration analysis annually and as required
- Contract generation and managing internal movements (approvals, letters of offer, payroll notification)
- Visa management
- Maintain accurate documentation, resources and tools to ensure that accurate information is readily available
- Actively look for ways to identify opportunities for process improvement
ABOUT YOU
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with sound understanding of EA/Awards framework
- HR qualification or similar an advantage
- Highly developed reporting capability (ideally with experience using MS Excel, Qualtrics, Power BI and Attaché)
- Advanced skills using MS Office suite of products
- Strong time management and organisation skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- You work hard but know how to have fun and can have a laugh!
